Germanly is sold by Pexilim, a micro-enterprise (MSME) based in India, as a one-time payment for 12 months of full access. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You will never be charged again without explicitly initiating a new purchase.

Germanly is a digital product. Full access to all content is delivered immediately upon payment. Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except in the specific cases described in Section 3.

Germanly is operated by Pexilim, a micro-enterprise registered in India (Udyam / MSME). This policy and any purchase made through Germanly are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Note that for digital content delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU generally does not apply once access has begun.
